Payments:
We are able to accept M/C and Visa, if you would like to pay using PayPal please call, fax or e-mail us your order. We will then process your order and in turn send you a request for payment. You may also choose to send up your order by mail. We also gladly accept payments by cash, cheque or money order. All prices are subject to GST for residents in Canada and PST is added for Ontario residents only. After your payment has been received and processed, we will prepare your order for shipment.
Product Delivery & Freight Policy:
We ship anywhere in Canada and Continental U.S. only. In general, retail orders get prepared and shipped within 4 to 5 days, unless there is a back order. Regular wholesale orders usually go out within 10-15 days upon order date. All orders will automatically be shipped via CanPar Ground unless your shipping address is not covered by CanPar, in which case we will ship your order by Canada Post. Purchaser is responsible for shipping cost and any extra duty and/or brokerage fees.
Simply Soy Candle Company is confident that you will absolutely love our products! We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return the item within 14 days of shipment date, along with the original packing slip and we will gladly exchange it for another product of the same or lesser value. (excluding shipping charges)
